A trip to Tuscany.....
Twenty-five pupils, studying to prepare the Technical School Certificate called BEPA Services to People, admired the cultural and architectural wonders of Tuscany. This trip to Italy is part of our mission of developing International Cooperation which is typical of French Agricultural Schools.
Our pupils discovered the city of Florence, Luca, Pisa and the hilly landscapes of Tuscany.
Our high school has also had strong sustainable links with Elsa Morante high school in Florence for several years. They train pupils who would like to work with children, disabled people and elderly people. We welcomed our Italian partners in October 2009.
Italian guests visiting La Grande Brosse cellar
Our school welcomed twenty Italian guests from Florence. They came over to visit our area in the framework of our European exchanges. Accompanied by two teachers they visited the Grande Brosse wine cellar in Cheverny after taking a tour at Chambord castle.
The French families opened up their homes to warmly welcome them and our pupils have linked up with their penfriends. They will be meeting up with them in March 2012.
